SHIPPING

When will you send my order?

Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days but may take a little longer if items are out of stock or around peak holiday times. If you need a rush order, please contact me first.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! Please contact us if you have any trouble finding your country during the checkout process.

How will my order be sent?

Your faux leather order will be sent to you safely tucked into a cardboard folder to protect it from bending and placed inside a plastic satchel style bag and/or envelope to keep your items safe and secure.

What is your return policy?

Any item found to be defective will be replaced or refunded

I’m outside of Australia – Will I be charged customs fees/taxes?

Each country may levy charges including customs fees, taxes, import duties and other associated costs.   Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check with your own countries border security/customs area if in doubt.

Am I charged in Australian dollars?

Zaria's Boutique is located in Sydney, Australia and charges in Australian Dollars.   For customers outside of Australia your bank may charge processing fees. 

What Payment options do you offer?

We offer our customers the option of paying via Credit Card or AfterPay. If you would prefer to use PayPal, please contact me and I will invoice you.
